The organization is based in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra and was established as a support organization for Village Self Help Groups and NGOs implementing watershed development projects. Work areas: Watershed development, Human Resource Development, gender mainstreaming, microfinance, health, education, IT support.

Marcella opted to be in CE-WLP subgroup formed around focus area 4: Experiences of Watershed development for growth, with specific interest in post watershed sustainability.
