Mr. Shankar, OUTREACH

The organization works in the southern states of India, namely, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Work areas: Natural Resources Management, Micro-enterprise development and marketing, community organization and capacity building activities.

Shanker chose to be in the CE-WLP subgroup formed around focus area 2: Bridging information asymmetries to strengthen community organizations. His specific interest was on community organization and demystification of technologies.
